In House Ghost Writer / Web Blogger 

We are seeking an experienced business writer who is able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables, prioritize work effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment. This individual needs to work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines in short time constraints.


  • Researching and writing articles, white papers and Blogs that pertain to industry topics and highlight thought leadership. Work with internal stakeholders/subject matter experts. Ghost writing.
  • Editing and/or re-writing thought leadership originally developed by internal stakeholders/subject matter experts.
  • Develop ideas for new content.
  • Writing compelling sales materials including, but not limited to, email nurture campaigns, website content, presentations and printed sales collateral.
  • Ensure all content is professional, clear consistent and conforms to the highest writing standards and the brand.
  • Bring new ideas to the team based on your experience, expertise and your story telling ability.
  • Manage in collaboration with teammates thought leadership pipeline.
  • Collaborate with thought leaders, teammates and other key stakeholders on multiple projects at a time.
  • Requirements
  • 5 – 10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience ghost writing content, expertly incorporating thought leader’s communication style and voice.
  • Must have experience writing for B2B and general business publications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to pay attention to detail, multi task, work independently and collaborate with teammates.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills. Ability to break down complex ideas into simple, easy-to-understand concepts that are tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience adapting messages to platform (web, mobile, social media and print) and target audience. In addition, be able to demonstrate ability to develop infographic type content for graphic rich presentations.
  • High competency in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint), CMS (Expression Engine) and social media applications.
  • Proactive (self-motivated).
  • Very strong organizational skills.

Marketing, Business Development / Sales Intern

SB Executive Transportation is a luxury car service based in Santa Barbara, Ca that has recently expanded into nationwide arena who provides car services for individuals, travel agents, and corporations in the Central and Southern California markets.

We are seeking 1 intern to work with us on developing and executing a unique marketing/sales strategy to establish a presence in our territory and obtain market share. Interns would have expected availability of two or three days per week in our Goleta office. This internship is an excellent opportunity for any intern that wants to gain knowledge and experience working in the travel industry. Interns will be given an opportunity to develop real time experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, sales strategies, internal operations strategies

Job responsibilities include.
